Ordered two dozen gluten free cupcakes for my daughter’s first birthday! My husband has celiac disease so I was pleasantly surprised when I found a local bakery that does gluten free. They also happily answered my questions about what their protocol was to assure items are not cross contaminated in the prep and bake process which I appreciated. The cupcakes were delicious and so adorable!
Our wedding cake was beautiful and delicious. Nissi’s did a great job executing my vision!! The details were incredible and I got so many compliments on how tasty the cake was! Would highly recommend!

Omg!!!! I just tried Nissi’s today and these cupcakes did NOT DISAPPOINT!!! I ordered door dash around 4:30pm because I can’t get to here before they close (work in Milwaukee). I ordered 3 Oreo and 3 funfetti. I received a call from nissi’s a few minutes later letting me know they were short one funfetti so I got the cinnamon churro cupcake to replace it. I just tried all three flavors. All 3 were soooo delicious. I love baking and haven’t found a place in Racine since moving here in 2018 that does cake right. I’m literally going to be ordering weekly. I’m VERY IMPRESSED!!!
We got our wedding shower custom cake and cup cakes here. I can’t say enough good things. From start to finish Nidia was so easy to work with and responsive to communication. She offers so many flavors and you honestly can’t go wrong no matter what you pick. We went with carrot cake, BTS, Tres Leches, and Strawberry Shortcake cupcakes. The cupcakes not only looked good but they were insanely tasty. The custom Birch Cake was vanilla bean flavor and the cake was PERFECT and so moist and delicious and the perfect amount of icing. The price point is good for the amazing quality you get. Everything was so thoughtfully packaged and they made it to the venue in perfect shape. I would highly recommend them for your dessert needs!
They made my son's first birthday cake exactly like the picture! It was also so delicious and we got so many compliments, everyone asked where it was from!
We got a dozen cupcakes from this bakery yesterday, we wanted to try all the flavors! We've had half of them so far and each one has been amazing and delicious, not to mention each one is moist and fluffy. I bake cupcakes myself from time to time so I know a good cupcake, and these are phenomenal!! They even put little cute Halloween cupcake holders on them for us. We will definitely need to come back and try some new flavors.
I ordered two dozen mixed variety cupcakes for an adult birthday party. They were absolutely delightful! Each cupcake is a work of art, and delicious, too. Ordering was easy, and service was great. And the store itself is so pretty. Plenty of cupcakes and other delicious things are available for walk-ins, so it doesn’t seem like ordering ahead is necessary. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
we ordered a large rectangle strawberry shortcake for our wedding. The price was well worth it. It was safe to say that our whole entire cake was gone by the end of the night. In fact, it was so good many asked if there was anymore. Everyone could not stop raving about Nissi's strawberry shortcake. On top of it being an absolute hit, they literally did magic with my Pinterest board and made my dream cake come to life. It was the most beautiful cake I have ever seen and tasted. Thank you so much for everything. If you're looking for something special this place does it so well. From customer service to the assortment of flavors Nissi's has it. You won't be disappointed.
Picked up an order Saturday for a birthday party and was so pleasantly surprised. My expectations were guarded since it was a place I’d never ordered from before, but everything was fantastic. I got the pistachio raspberry cupcakes and they were delectable. Every component was fantastic but the frosting a was really a star — so light and smooth and not overly sweet. It could have been Italian or Swiss meringue buttercream. I also got the Dubai chocolate brownie and that was to die for. Also I ordered everything through UberEats the morning of, and they fulfilled the order at the given time without a hitch. I should have taken pics of the treats, but I did get pics of the cute space when I was picking the order up. I’ll definitely be ordering here again!
